Never will I put on eye shadow with a Q-Tip or rub off excess makeup with an old sock! How the hell I got away with that in my 20s I have no idea! It was a great experience as she taught me how to apply makeup properly and efficiently and what sort of makeup Is the best to use for my skin. I learnt so much from Priscilla, even though I went for an evening look, there was so much I learnt on a day to day basis level for everyday make up. It was so much fun and those few hours flew by! Priscilla is knowledgeable and super patient. She went through all the dos and donts for your particular face shape - which I found amazingly useful… turns out I’ve been applying to make up badly for years and actually the tips that she’s taught me have definitely given me a more natural finish on my face. Priscilla is an amazing make-up artist! I highly recommend Priscilla to do your make-up for a special occasion. It is clear she is passionate about what she does and she strives for perfection. I only had my make-up done professionally once before, for my wedding, and Priscilla was far superior in every way. She takes her time, finding out what look you want, and then is incredibly purposeful and deliberate, never rushing or cutting corners. Being made-up with her feels like you're a canvas of art! From making sure she got the foundation color absolutely right, to individually placing fake eyelashes, stepping back and examining from all sides to make sure that each one is exactly where it needs to be, and to slowly building up eye shadow, blush, and contouring so it isn't overdone, she takes pride in her work and makes you feel special. I got tons of compliments on my make-up and in pictures it looks like I have filtered my face! My only complaint is that it isn't permanent!

I was apprehensive before my tutorial, I'm 40 and what I knew about makeup before wouldn't have filled a postage stamp. I needn't have worried, Priscilla was so passionate about what she does and she's such a brilliant teacher. After initially been overwhelmed with terminology like beauty blenders, fixing sprays etc, priscilla patiently explained what everything was and where to buy them without the need to remortage the house. I was actually excited when my first order came in the post, that I had to actually look in the mirror and check it was me, something I don't hate doing now I have my tools and skills to smile back. Thank you again Priscilla for such a fantastic day, I really enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved my make up tutorial with Priscilla! I love make up and although I am actually quite good with it already, I wanted to update my look. The tutorial was super fun and I learnt so much, both about products and techniques. Since then, I have been really starting to enjoy using make up again and actually taking some more time out to enjoy making myself look and feel nice! I forgot how much make up can make you feel better, sort of self care I guess.

I’ve never felt very confident in putting on make up. I’m starting to age and have puffy eyes I want to hide. When my eyes are open, I lose most of the lid and never quite could figure out how to put on my make up so that I could see the colour without having too much colour. But my biggest struggle has always been eye liner. When do I put it on? How do I put it on? What type should I use? Pencil? Liquid? Brush? There are so many choices and none of them seemed to work for me. Priscilla answered all these questions and so much more. The session was tailored to my needs and my skin type, colouration, face shape, eyes shape. And most importantly, Priscilla listened to what I really wanted. I prefer a natural look, even when going out for an evening event. Priscilla gave me great tips and simple instruction that will help me be able to apply my makeup more confidently and find and use products which suit me. I’m really looking forward to refining ky technique and feeling much more confident with my make up.
